Over the coming year, we will make changes that will impact how waste is managed in our City, and we are committed to helping residents throughout the transition. <span class=\"TextRun SCXW183868847 BCX8\" lang=\"EN-CA\" xml:lang=\"EN-CA\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW183868847 BCX8\">These changes are in line with the objectives of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cmm.qc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/2023-09-13_PMGMR_FINAL.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Plan <span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW183868847 BCX8\">m\u00e9tropolitain<\/span> de la gestion des mati\u00e8res <span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW183868847 BCX8\">r\u00e9siduelles<\/span><\/a><\/strong> (waste management plan) which affects 82 municipalities in the Communaut\u00e9 m\u00e9tropolitaine de Montr\u00e9al, including the City of Westmount<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW183868847 BCX8\" lang=\"EN-CA\" xml:lang=\"EN-CA\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW183868847 BCX8\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>This initiative includes in-person events and the publication of educational content on eco-responsible waste management. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Our vision is simple:\u00a0<\/span><span
