To mark this day, the City of Westmount is organizing several environmental awareness and action events:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The Big Cleanup<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Friday, April 19, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. in Westmount Park<\/li>\n<li>Rain or shine, join the Waste Management Team in Westmount Park to clean up our shared outdoor space in the lead up to park season.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www2.westmount.org\/en\/event\/la-corvee-de-nettoyage-au-parc-westmount\/\" class=\"broken_link\">Sign me up!<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hazardous Household Waste Collection<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Saturday, April 20, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Library parking lot<\/li>\n<li>Safely dispose of your hazardous household waste at the temporary depot set up in the Library parking lot.<\/li>\n<li><u><a href=\"https:\/\/www2.westmount.org\/en\/environment\/management-of-residual-materials\/household-waste\/\" class=\"broken_link\">Consult the list of accepted materials<\/a><\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Guided Tree Tour (FULL)<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Saturday, April 20, 11 a.m. in Westmount Park<\/li>\n<li>Our knowledgeable arborist, Alberto Dias-Meideros, will lead our Tree Walk.
