For this reason, the December 20<sup>th<\/sup> Council sittings will be held in virtual mode only on Zoom.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that there will be two (2) council meetings on Monday, December 20:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>5 P.M. &#8211; SPECIAL <\/strong>SITTING OF COUNCIL\u00a0 at which the three-year programme of capital expenditures for fiscal years 2022, 2023, and 2024 will be tabled for adoption.
