{"id":76014,"date":"2021-02-04T12:33:49","date_gmt":"2021-02-04T17:33:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www2.westmount.org\/?p=76014"},"modified":"2021-02-04T13:05:58","modified_gmt":"2021-02-04T18:05:58","slug":"hydro-quebec-work-at-the-corner-of-saint-antoine-and-greene-february-8-to-april-16","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www2.westmount.org\/en\/hydro-quebec-work-at-the-corner-of-saint-antoine-and-greene-february-8-to-april-16\/","title":{"rendered":"Hydro Qu\u00e9bec work at the corner of Saint-Antoine and Greene \u2013 February 8 to April 16"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As part of the maintenance program for its underground facilities, Hydro-Qu\u00e9bec is undertaking the reconstruction of an access shaft at the corner of Saint-Antoine Street and Greene Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>The work will take place from February 8 to April 16, Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Work may extend beyond 6 p.m. and may take place on certain weekends.<\/p>\n<p>The reconstruction of the access shaft will require closing two lanes of traffic on Saint-Antoine Street, the complete or partial closure of the sidewalk on the north side of Saint-Antoine Street, and the closure of one lane of traffic on Greene Avenue. The machinery used to carry out this work could occasionally cause some noise in the area.<\/p>\n<p>The following measures will be put in place by Hydro Qu\u00e9bec to limit the inconveniences caused by this work:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining access to nearby residences and buildings;<\/li>\n<li>Appropriate signage and the presence of traffic controllers as required;<\/li>\n<li>Installation of site fences and concrete barriers to ensure the safety of the public and workers;<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a traffic lane on Greene Avenue northbound;<\/li>\n<li>Crosswalks on safe sidewalks;<\/li>\n<li>No power outages during construction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For more information, please contact the Info-projets line at 514 385-8888 ext. 3462.
