The new rails will be much smoother, providing less noise and less vibrations.\u00a0The work is expected to take 2 to 3 weeks and will be executed Monday to Thursday between 9 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Track maintenance is an integral part of CP\u2019s safety programme. CP&#8217;s investment in railway infrastructure helps ensure trains operate safely through communities.<\/p>\n<p>Residents with questions or concerns about their operations can call the toll-free Community Connect line at 1-800-766-7912 or email <a href=\"mailto:community_connect@cpr.ca\">community_connect@cpr.ca<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>To report an emergency, please contact the CP Police service at 1-800-716-9132; 24 hours a day.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CP is performing replacement work on its tracks of its old rails for new rails starting May 5.
