Online Property Portal.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/westmount.appvoila.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u2192 Click here to access VOIL\u00c0!<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Property tax payment deadlines:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the deadline for the\u00a0<strong>second payment<\/strong>\u00a0is\u00a0<strong>Friday, May 26, 2023.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Methods of payment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Accepted payment methods are (in order of preference):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>through your financial institution, online, by phone, or in-branch;<\/li>\n<li>by mail by sending a cheque to the City of Westmount (TAXES), P.O. Box 334, SUCC. Westmount, QC, H3Z 2T5;<\/li>\n<li>in person at 4333 Sherbrooke Street West by cheque, debit or cash (cheques may be inserted in the envelope slot on the front door);<\/li>\n<li>by credit card or bank transfer on the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/transphere.acceo.com\/westmount\/#\/U3001\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ACCEO platform<\/a> only (service fees from ACCEO Solutions apply).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Penalties<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Payment can be made in two instalments. An interest rate of 9% per annum will be charged on the unpaid balance.
