The roll determines the value of all residential, commercial, industrial and institutional properties. The 2023-2025 roll reflects property values as of July 1, 2021, and comes into effect January 1, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Consult the roll <a href=\"https:\/\/montreal.ca\/en\/how-to\/consult-property-assessment-roll\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">online<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/montreal.ca\/en\/topics\/property-assessment-roll\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Click here<\/a> for more information concerning the valuation process and the procedure for requesting a change of address or a revision of your valuation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Request for administrative revision<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you think that the assessment of your property on the new roll is incorrect or does not reflect reality, you may apply for an administrative review of the assessment of your property.
