{"id":109050,"date":"2025-03-26T14:00:24","date_gmt":"2025-03-26T18:00:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www2.westmount.org\/?p=109050"},"modified":"2025-03-26T14:31:29","modified_gmt":"2025-03-26T18:31:29","slug":"draft-by-law-amending-zoning-public-consultation-assembly-on-april-2-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www2.westmount.org\/en\/draft-by-law-amending-zoning-public-consultation-assembly-on-april-2-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Draft By-law Amending Zoning: Public consultation assembly on April 2, 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>At a sitting held on March 17, 2025, the Council adopted draft modification by-law 1632 entitled By-law amending certain provisions of the Zoning By-law concerning vested rights and uses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A public consultation assembly will be held:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>April 2, at 7 p.m.;<\/b><\/li>\n<li><strong>in the Council room at City Hall.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The purpose of this assembly is to discuss this draft by-law aiming to amend the provisions regulating the practice of massage, as well as to replace certain subdivisions of the chapter concerning vested rights.
