This closure is necessary for the relocation of public utility lines as part of the reconstruction of the Saint-Urbain overpass above<strong> Highway 136. <\/strong>These works are part of the major refurbishment project for the Ville-Marie and Viger tunnels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Traffic Disruptions and Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete closure of Rue Saint-Urbain between Boulevard Ren\u00e9-L\u00e9vesque West and Avenue Viger West from <strong>Tuesday, January 14 at 9:00 p.m. to Wednesday, February 12 at 5:00 a.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Local traffic<\/strong> will be allowed, and <strong>access to businesses<\/strong> will be maintained throughout the duration of the works.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Parking is prohibited<\/strong> near the construction zone.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>bike lane<\/strong> and <strong>sidewalks<\/strong> will remain open during the works.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Detours for road users:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rue De Bleury (Jean-Paul-Riopelle Square) heading west.<\/li>\n<li>Rue Berri heading east.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These works may be postponed due to unfavorable weather conditions or operational constraints.
