{"id":105138,"date":"2024-10-22T15:00:31","date_gmt":"2024-10-22T19:00:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www2.westmount.org\/?p=105138"},"modified":"2024-10-22T09:28:41","modified_gmt":"2024-10-22T13:28:41","slug":"ville-of-montreal-complete-closure-of-route-136-from-october-25-to-28","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www2.westmount.org\/en\/ville-of-montreal-complete-closure-of-route-136-from-october-25-to-28\/","title":{"rendered":"Ville of Montr\u00e9al: Complete closure of Route 136 from October 25 to 28"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Ministry of Transportation and Sustainable Mobility informs users that <strong>the Highway Ville-Marie (Route 136) will be closed eastbound, between the\u00a0 Turcot interchange and downtown, from Friday, October 25 at 11:59 p.m. until Monday, October 28 at 5 a.m.<\/strong> This closure is necessary for slab repair work, which may lead to periods of congestion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Traffic disruptions and management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Complete closure<\/strong> of Route 136 eastbound between the Turcot interchange and the entrance from Rue de la Cath\u00e9drale.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Default closures<\/strong> at the Turcot interchange:\n<ul>\n<li>A-15 south (D\u00e9carie) to Route 136 east<\/li>\n<li>A-15 north to Route 136 east<\/li>\n<li>Entrance from Boulevard des Tanneries to Route 136 east<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> The reserved lane of highway 20 eastbound will remain open. Detours will be marked with temporary signage. Please remain vigilant and plan your trips accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>Work may be postponed, extended, or canceled due to unfavourable weather conditions or operational constraints. Therefore, before heading out, it is recommended to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec511.info\/en\/Default.aspx\">consult Qu\u00e9bec 511<\/a>, a practical tool for planning your travels effectively.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry thanks road users for their cooperation.
