The recommended methods of payment are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Electronic payment: through your bank (online or at your local branch).<\/li>\n<li>Mail Payment: please send a check payable to the City of Westmount and enclose the coupon in your return envelope.<\/li>\n<li>Credit Card or Bank Transfer: use <a id=\"OWAb4259a95-06a1-6819-912f-294336b72466\" class=\"OWAAutoLink\" href=\"https:\/\/transphere.acceo.com\/westmount\/#\/U3001\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-loopstyle=\"linkonly\">ACCEO Transphere\u00a0service<\/a>s (a service charge of 1.98% will apply).<\/li>\n<li>At City Hall: hand-deliver your cheque in an envelope to the reception desk by the west door during office hours. If the building is closed, please drop it in the designated mailbox on the door (do not leave cash).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Penalties<\/b><br \/>\nPayment can be made in two instalments. An interest rate of 9% per annum will be charged on the unpaid balance. A penalty of 0.5% per month on the outstanding principal will also be charged to a maximum of 5%, over and above the interest charges.<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Voil\u00e0!<\/i>\u00a0Your Online Property Portal<br \/>\n<\/b>Property owners in the City can now receive and consult their tax bills online on <a href=\"https:\/\/westmount.appvoila.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Voil\u00e0!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Voil\u00e0! is an online portal developed by PG Solutions that consolidates information on a property\u2019s taxation data, assessment notice, and tax details.
