Self-serve electric scooters

Starting tomorrow, Tuesday, August 13, 2019, the company Lime will launch its self-serve electric scooter fleet within the City of Westmount as a pilot project.

Users of the service must have prior knowledge of the provincial regulations governing the use of these modes of transportation and respect all applicable laws. >>Read the provincial regulations.

In June 2019, the City of Westmount also adopted By-law 1542, which regulates the operation of non-registered, dockless self-serve vehicles on its territory. >> Read the by-law 1542.
