Public consultation on draft by-laws 1605 and 1606
The City of Westmount held a public consultation meeting on Wednesday, October 25 at 7 p.m. to discuss draft by-laws 1605 and 1606, which further amend zoning by-law 1303.
The purpose of the draft by-laws is to amend the current zoning by-law to:
- correct issues of interpretation, legality and inconsistency between different provisions;
- have a better control over the installation of certain structures;
- facilitate the application of regulations by the administration and the public’s understanding.
