Ville of Montréal: Complete closure of Route 136 from October 25 to 28
The Ministry of Transportation and Sustainable Mobility informs users that the Highway Ville-Marie (Route 136) will be closed eastbound, between the Turcot interchange and downtown, from Friday, October 25 at 11:59 p.m. until Monday, October 28 at 5 a.m. This closure is necessary for slab repair work, which may lead to periods of congestion.
Traffic disruptions and management:
- Complete closure of Route 136 eastbound between the Turcot interchange and the entrance from Rue de la Cathédrale.
- Default closures at the Turcot interchange:
- A-15 south (Décarie) to Route 136 east
- A-15 north to Route 136 east
- Entrance from Boulevard des Tanneries to Route 136 east
Note: The reserved lane of highway 20 eastbound will remain open. Detours will be marked with temporary signage. Please remain vigilant and plan your trips accordingly.
