New online platform for parking permits

As of June 10, 2024, people applying for a Westmount parking permit or renewing their permit on the Citizen portal will be redirected to a new online parking permit management platform.

This new platform, which many municipalities use, will allow you to safely register and pay for your parking permit online.

Other changes will be implemented over the coming months to make the parking permit management system safer, more practical, eco-friendly, and more accessible.

Please note that requests for a parking permit can still be made in person at the Westmount Public Safety office (21 Rue Stanton) during office hours:

• Summer hours (late May until late August)
  Monday to Thursday: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (closed between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.)
  Friday: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Regular hours
  Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (closed between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.)
